Workshop Facilities
Excess Engineering has an 100 sq m Electronic Workshop for development and testing of software and components. Through our sister company, Kverneland Aqua, we have access to professional workshop facilities for manufacturing, assembly and machining services.
Build & Test
The workshop covers an area of 1000 sq m, divided into four sections: goods handling, warehouse, assembly hall, hydraulic and electrical section; with a team of qualified technicians and engineers who offer our customers a variety of cost and time efficient services. They are all offshore certified and offer a worldwide 24/7 support and service.
The workshop is equipped with machining equipment including CNC lathe, milling machine and cutting table. We have also a 12.5 ton traverse crane.
The work shop is ideal for specialized fabrication and testing works. In these cases equipment has been designed, engineered, procured and fabricated all by Excess and Kverneland Aqua with in-house engineers supervising the fabrication. We have a wide range of mechanical, electronic, hydraulic services and a various types of rental equipment and test options.
Testing Facilities
The workshop is offering a variety of services and testing facilities for oil and gas, offshore and maritime industries. On very short notice, we are able to engage our service team and required equipment to assist you onshore and offshore worldwide.
